There is an obituary in the Daily Republican Eagle (Red Wing, MN) for Lela Backlund. The obit stated she taught school in and around Cannon Falls. Two sisters survive, Mrs. Ada Hanson and Mrs. G. R. Olmstad (Minnie) and a BROTHER, Oscar Bennett. (note: brothers Stanley and Benjamin are not listed or noted).
