OBITUARIES:
THOMAS TOLLEFSON - Thomas Tollefson passed away Sunday evening, April 25, 1926 at the home of his daughter Mrs. I. J. Quackenbush in north Minneapolis. Mr. Tollefson was 74 years old and had lived in West Concord and its vicinity most of his life during which time he served as a representative in the Minnesota legislature for two sessions. He continued his residence in West Concord until the death of his wife, Martha Tollefson four years ago when he moved to Minneapolis to live with his daughter. Mr Tollefson was an active member of the Episcopal Church in West Concord and a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge and of the A.O.U.W. He is survived by his daughter, Carrie Quackenbush, a grand-daughter, Marion Quackenbush, a sister, Mrs. Geo. Lyons, of Faribault, another sister, Mrs. C. Erickson, of Portland, Oregon and a great many nieces and nephews. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. George Buzzelle of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. The remains were brought to West Concord for interment in the family lot. Those who accompanied the body there were Mr. And Mrs. I. .J. Quackenbush and their daughter Marion; Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Lyons of Faribault; Mrs. Geo. P. Tweed, of Duluth; Mrs. Lena Weber, her daughter, Alice and her son, Howard, all of Minneapolis. Burial was in Concord cemetery in the
family plot next to his wife of many years.
