Who Did This Anyway?

Well, if you don't already know about me.  I'm just another guy (oh for sure) who has multiple sclerosis.    However, I wasn't always this guy with MS.  Once upon a time I had a job.  A rather nice job, many nice jobs before that even.   Enough about my life as a computer systems analyst/designer.  If you want to see the details of my mostly boring past work life, then click here.  It's enough to say now that I survived so I could put together this presentation for you.

The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the NMSS provides programs and services to PWMS in the middle Tennessee area (just like other local NMSS chapters do).  They are also heavily involved in providing support and being advocates for PWMS through various committees and task groups.  The NMSS is a pretty good organization in getting action items on the table.  There may be a way that you can contribute to your local area's chapter.   (When was the last time you volunteered to help with your chapter's efforts?)  

The folks here have been kind enough to invite me (despite my attempts to alienate them) back this year for this encore presentation of "MS Resources."  In fact, they even gave me the "Volunteer of the Year" award because I did some other stuff too.  In spite of their lapse in judgement they are good people that you can count on.  If you live in the mid state area of Tennessee you can ask them what you can do for them today, and/or ask them for help (that's what they're there for!) by contacting them at Programs@MSNashville.org.
